The company also organizes the seminars by calling visiting faculties from Indian Diamond Institute and Indian Jewellery Manufacturing Institute. Various marketing gurus are also called for handling sessions on retailing of diamond studded Jewellery. Company sponsors the marketing executives to participate in various educational programs related to the luxury product marketing. Company has spare financial budget of $ 0.52 million for Human resources development through various different mode.

Extending Jewellery Design Studio service to the clients.

Company has set up Jewellery design studio for its Jewellery manufacturing units. Company has set state-of-art technology for designing software. Company has fully computerized technology for design development and its materializations. Currently, company has employed twelve designers having professional training from reputed institute. Company is also investing in development of new design concepts through continuous and rigorous training at various institutes and also allows them to participate in various shows and trade fairs. As an outcome of this, Fire Necklace design by our studio is selected during Basel Shows. Company is also extending its Jewellery design studio services to the clients on contract basis.
